Birla Carbon, one of the leading producers of sustainable carbon-based solutions globally, will participate in PaintIndia 2022 to be held from May 26 – 28, 2022, in Mumbai, India. Birla Carbon will present a range of sustainable solutions, including their recently launched Continua SCM. It will also announce the availability of RAVEN P5 Ultra and RAVEN 880 for customers in India under its Make in India initiative. Birla Carbon will be exhibiting at Hall C | Booth J9-11.

Birla Carbon will also showcase its specialty carbon blacks, including RAVEN 5000 Ultra and two locally produced grades – RAVEN P5 Ultra and RAVEN 880, focusing on promoting the ‘Make in India’ initiative. These ultra clean blacks have excellent quality consistency, easy wetting, dispersion, and storage stability. They will be produced indigenously at the company’s Gummidipoondi plant in India and will be available to customers in India soon.

With the launch of Continua™ SCM, Birla Carbon has strengthened its move towards circularity and sustainability at a broader level. The Continua™ 8510P SCM provides customers with a solution for making their coatings formulation more sustainable. It is a carbon-negative pigment that adds an element of sustainability to the coatings market.
